50s vintage raffia placemats set, daisies on black for mod luncheons

Mint in the original gift box hostess set, 1950s vintage. There are daisy bordered raffia 'straw' placemats for four, with four plain white cotton napkins. The black and white is very striking, like a spring hat... fresh and unexpected in table linens!

The table mats measure about 17 1/2" x 12" overall, we'd expect that the napkins are luncheon size, though we haven't removed them for measuring. The entire set looks very nice, and the original box still has the old price tags.
