Vintage 1930s art deco Kwik-Way early electric hair / blow dryer

Vintage 1930s or 1940s vintage, early hand-held electric blow dryer. This hair dryer is a "Kwik-Way model "K-118-R" and carries a US Patent number from 1935. It is rated for 275 watts and 115 volts. It sets on a heavy cast iron stand with great deco lines. The rayon wrapped cord is in good condition and we've plugged this hair dryer in and it works. There is some light wear to the paint in areas.

It stands 10" high.
