Gold starburst aqua Pyrex casserole & warmer in original 60s vintage box

60s vintage gold starburst Pyrex server and warming stand in original box - this is officially named Cinderella Serving Casserole with Double Candlewarmer, #575 CW.

It's a two quart pan / baking dish with clear glass cover, about 11 1/2" across the handles. And both the Pyrex and the stand are in very good condition, I don't believe this set was ever used. The box is worn, and dirty from years of storage.
